What types of Massage do you offer?
We offer therapeutic massage, deep tissue massage, swedish massage, hot stone massage, aromatherapy/essential oil massage and thermotherpy/hot towel massage.
What if I have an allergy? Can I bring my own lotion/oil?
Yes, you may bring your own lotion or oil. Please let us know upon scheduling a massage so that the massage therapist can be updated in advance.
What is your cancelation policy?
We require notification at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time if you need to change or cancel your massage. Clients who need to cancel with less than 24 hours will be held responsible for the full price of the scheduled service. When we have less than 24 hours notice, it is challenging for us to fill that time reserved for you.
What is the best way to book my massage?
We offer online booking which allows you to book your appointment at a time that is convenient for you! Please visit our scheduling site here! For your first scheduled visit, we do require pre-payment by credit card for your massage. Please note: if you need to cancel your pre-paid massage and you give us more than 24-hours notice we are very happy to refund your payment in full.

During my massage:
This is my first massage, what should I expect?
You will be greeted by your massage therapist in the waiting room and your massage therapist will take you to the massage treatment room. Expect that your massage therapist will ask you about any health concerns including medical conditions, injuries, pain and current medications. They will also engage you in a conversation regarding your goals for your massage therapy session. You should expect during your massage, your massage therapist will check in with you regarding the pressure and your general comfort. Your massage will last for the amount of time that you scheduled.
Comfort with dress:
Your massage therapist will leave the room while you undress to your own comfort level. A robe will be provided for your privacy and comfort.
After your massage:
How much should I leave for gratuity?
Gratuities are always appreciated and most of our clients leave a gratuity between 15-20% of the service price. We do offer the option for gratuities to be added on your credit card, check or cash. We always prefer cash or check.
Do you offer a referral program?
We sincerely appreciate every referral and each time a new client referred by you comes in for their first massage in our studio, you will receive 15% off your next massage. When your referral schedules a massage, please have them mention your name.
What is your payment policy?
We accept cash, checks and MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express.
